On Monday 27th June, BCS welcomed members old and new to our 70th Anniversary celebration held in the imposing Memorial Hall of Brentwood School. We enjoyed performing John Rutter’s ‘The Sprig of Thyme’ folk-song cycle; a sumptuous buffet; reminiscences; and a wonderful anniversary cake cut by Nick Sherwood & David Brice. Oh, and we dutifully listened to our ‘Constitution’ chanted by a quartet!!
